There are systems that actually scan the resume document and pick out key words! How I would do it OP (and as I do it) is look at a SPECIFIC job posting, and you pick out KEY WORDS in their job description/responsibilities and you place these in your resume. What other skills did you learn in school? IV starts? Any medication administration? Any drains? Any tubes? Arterial lines? You need to keep skills listed short and sweet.
